Our agency director told us that Elizabeth was the favorite of the nannies at teh Baby House and got lots of attention. I can't be sure if that is something they tell everyone or not..but I can tell you this...if she was the favorite baby, I can see why. She smiles ALL THE TIME and loves to laugh.
